What is Vat Exemption?
A number of our customers are exempt from VAT by virtue of their chronic disability. Therefore prices are shown both including and excluding vat. If you qualify for VAT exemption then you will need to complete the box in our checkout to inform us of your condition.

Buying for someone else
If you are buying this product for or on behalf of someone who is chronically sick or disabled and the product(s) is for their personal use.
Non-eligible customers
If you are not eligible for VAT relief, we are obliged to charge you the full 20% VAT on the whole of your order.
